 Processing & Shipping

Each item in our shop is handmade with lots of love and care!

Processing Time: Ready-to-ship items usually go out within 3–5 business days. Made-to-order items may take 1–2 weeks, depending on the design and materials.

Shipping Carrier: We ship through UPS to provide reliable and affordable delivery.

Tracking: A tracking number will be provided once your order ships.

If you ever need your order by a specific date, please message us before purchasing — we’ll do our best to make it happen! 

 Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

Because each piece is handmade, we currently don’t accept returns or exchanges, but please contact us if there’s any issue with your order — we want you to be happy with your purchase!

Cancellations can be requested within 24 hours of placing your order, as long as work hasn’t started yet on custom or made-to-order items.

 Custom & Personalized Orders

We love creating special pieces just for you!
Custom orders are welcome — just send us a message with your idea. We’ll chat about colors, yarn types, and timing before confirming your order.

Please note: custom items may take a little longer to make depending on complexity and material availability.

 Lost or Damaged Packages

Once your package leaves our hands, it’s in the care of UPS. However, if something arrives damaged or goes missing, please reach out to us right away with photos and your order number. We’ll do our best to help resolve it together!
